I'm awake, wide awake... I probably shouldn't have had that last cup of tea an hour ago... but the company of friends, laughter and stories was just too fun. I love having people over, I love how it energises me to clean, sort and throw... literally. I know Dave likes it too, so here I was teaching Abby the stresses joys of running a house, time management, laundry and entertaining... this was our school today, she needs to understand that life all works together in a home and here I sit, with a cleaner house, full bellies, kids happily sleeping, laundry folded and a husband sketching a picture behind me (yes Dave draws amazingly) I wish he had the time to do it more....

If you wondering if Abby did any "normal school work", the answer is yes.... She got a letter from a dear friend in the mail... She read the whole thing to us and smiled from ear to ear.... SO PROUD!!! Thanks SL for the encouragement, it was a welcomed "practice" of reading and excitement... her letter back will be soon:)
