skin and potty

This week has been CRAzy!!! Yesterday I went to my dermatologist and got a mole removed on my back... because of my family history with Melanoma, I took no chances... this one mole had some not so normal look to it, so she removed it ! So now, I have stitches in my back, and I feel like every time I move, they are pulling or popping... such a gross feeling (side note: I am so grateful I never had a C-section, How do you do it with way more stitches?) OUCH!
Anyway, I just want to remind anyone who thinks that they should go to the dermatologist to just GO... the #1 killer of Females between the ages 18 - 35 is Skin Cancer... it's something that is VERY preventable. My sister has a story to tell, one that we never thought could happen to someone so young! So anyway, watch those moles, see the Dr. and NEVER USE THOSE TANNING BEDS!!!

On a different note...
Another little one in our family is being potty trained this week.... being 2 1/2, and an absolute charmer, IT IS TIME!!!  I think this next step will help our trash keep to 'normal' aromas and me in less bad moods when "someone forgets to take it out" haha. I can totally take the trash out, but I just don't.... and if I leave it outside, the raccoons think it's Christmas once again.
So far, Caleb has had one little accident but did everything else where is should go... after naps, we will watch the beloved potty video and read the book... and then he will be an expert...haha (not really)

The cutest thing is seeing the girls encourage him every minute of the day... he must have been asked the "Do you need to go potty, Sweetie?" 1295743 times today. We all stood and clapped as he bashfully hid his face under his gigantic smile... potty training the third is WAY easier than I could have ever dreamed... then again, this is still the first day {grin}.
